Information about Jay Asher (Thirteen reasons why)

The author of the book „Thirteen reasons why“ is Jay Asher.

He was born in Acardia, California on the 30th September 1975.

Later he went to the Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo County,

where he wrote his first two children’s books for a class.

After high school he wanted to become an alemantary

school teacher, so he transferred to an university.
